Cancellation Policy
This programme is a partnership between the Coach (CM2 Consulting UK Ltd, trading as carrollmacey.coach) and the Coachee, designed to help you achieve your professional goals through thought-provoking coaching sessions. Payment Terms: A 50% Deposit is required on booking Full payment due 2 weeks before programme starts Payments can be made via bank transfer or Stripe. Payment must be made regardless of attendance, and no refunds will be issued. If a payment plan is agreed, fees will be due on specified dates. Cancellation Policy: Group programme: Less than 21 days before start: Full fees payable. More than 21 days before start: Deposit is non-refundable. 1:1 coaching sessions: Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance or the session will be forfeited. Termination: The Coach reserves the right to terminate participation if the Coachee becomes disruptive or fails to follow programme guidelines. No refunds will be given. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during the programme will be kept confidential, and the Coach complies with applicable data protection laws. Programme Duration: Services must be used within the agreed term. Any unused sessions will be forfeited. Liability: Both parties limit liability to the total fees paid for the programme. Neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By submitting payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
