How I Got Here
Like many of you, I started out in the corporate world. I climbed the ladder, led transformational programmes, and learned first-hand the pressures and complexities of leadership. But somewhere along the way, I felt it—the quiet signs of burnout, the subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) disconnection, the sense that ticking boxes and pushing harder wasn’t enough. So I took a turn inward.
I trained deeply as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, and immersed myself in modalities like Voice Dialogue, Psychosynthesis, Gestalt, NLP, and more. I leaned into Eastern wisdom, becoming a certified Mindfulness Teacher and Reiki Healer, and grounded this with my work as a Master Executive Coach and Master Team Coach.
Over time, I wove it all together. And yes—along the way, there were red shoes (more on that in my blog). Now, this integrative approach is at the heart of my work. It’s about helping leaders stretch their perspective, reimagine what’s possible, and unlock the kind of transformation that truly sticks.
It’s time. If something in you is stirring, let’s begin.
