Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings & Confirmation All coaching sessions, programmes, workshops, and retreats must be booked in advance. A booking is confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) has been received and written confirmation has been issued. 2. Fees & Payment All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made via the methods specified at the time of booking. Invoices must be settled by the due date shown. Late payments may result in sessions being paused or cancelled. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling (1:1 Sessions) Life happens. If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules with more than 48 hours’ notice will not be charged. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will be charged at 100% of the session fee. This policy exists to honour the time and energetic commitment held for you. 4. Programmes, Workshops & Group Sessions For multi-session programmes, workshops, and group offerings: Places are non-transferable unless agreed in advance. Once a programme has started, refunds are not available for missed sessions. If you are unable to attend a group session, materials or recordings may be provided where appropriate, but this is not guaranteed. 5. Cancellations by the Provider In the rare event that a session or programme needs to be rescheduled by the provider (for example due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), an alternative date will be offered. If this is not possible, a full refund for the affected session(s) will be provided. 6. Confidentiality All coaching conversations are confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others. Group sessions invite shared responsibility: participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others and what is shared in the space. 7. Scope of Coaching Coaching is a reflective, developmental process designed to support awareness, insight, and choice. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and wellbeing. 8. Wellbeing & Responsibility You agree to take responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during sessions, retreats, and programmes.
