I’ve been using juggling in my work for years, not as entertainment, but as insight.
When I teach it to leaders, I always say: it’s never just about the balls. It’s about how we relate to challenge, pressure, and control.
It’s about the split-second decisions the body makes before the mind can catch up.And it’s about energy, how we hold it, drop it, or trust it to move.
Leadership isn’t only intellectual. It’s not just emotional either.
It’s embodied.
The real question is: Are your mind, body, and energy working in harmony, or competing for control?
Juggling shows me, again and again, where I grip too tightly… and where I need to soften.
Where do you feel that in your own leadership?
Book a chat with me here and lets explore how you can find more alignment and what that will give you.
