Plan Mindfully, Not Mechanically


When you’ve written it all down, don’t rush to fix it.Pause. Breathe. Then ask:


👉 What really matters?

👉 What’s urgent, and what’s just noise?


Choose your top three priorities.


If something takes less than two minutes, do it now.


For everything else, define your next action. Not “arrange meeting,” but “open Jo’s calendar.”


That’s how you move from chaos to clarity.


Small, specific actions lead to big shifts in energy.
