“I haven’t got time to stop!”Sound familiar?

Just sit. Just walk. Just breathe.


Place your feet flat on the floor. Feel the ground holding you.Relax your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Breathe deeply.


If you’re walking, slow down. Feel your steps. Notice your surroundings.


This is mindfulness in action, reclaiming presence when everything around you is demanding speed.
